A CAR DEAL DOUBLE CHECK™ is a service Independent Dealer Solutions provides at no cost to dealers. When your title work and registrations are being processed, our Title Specialists double check the paperwork to make sure everything is correct. If an error is found, we will bring it to your attention and help you know what needs to be done to complete the paperwork properly. You can also request to have a pre-check done on a deal before it is submitted for processing. We believe it is the small things that make your experience with us great.
Emergency Walk - Finished same day
Need your plate and title work completed right away? Use our Emergency Walk service. The sooner you drop it off, the sooner you will get it back. Most are completed same day. If you are member of IDS try our “Emergency Walk - I’ll wait for it” service.
BASIC WALK - 24 Hours
Need your customer’s plates tomorrow but too busy to sit and wait for an Emergency Walk? Just drop it off and our Basic Walk Service will have it back to you within 24 hours.
Quick Drop - 2-3 Days
Do you need your customer’s plates in the next 2-3 days. Then this is the service for you.
BASIC DROP - 3-5 Days
Our Basic Drop Service is great for those dealers that don’t procrastinate your customers paperwork. Bring your paperwork in and we will get it processed in 3-5 days.
Plate Mail Service Available
If you would like to save some time and headache, consider using our Plate Mail Service and let us mail the plate, decal, and paperwork to the customer for you. Provide us with your own dealership letter or insert and we will take care of the work for you. You can pick the service needed, whether a basic walk, basic drop, or emergency walk and for an additional handling fee and postage, we’ll have it in the hands of your customer quick.
